If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange or give a full refund within 7 days of receipt of goods.If, however, you are a wholesale customer and have purchased goods in the multipack option purchasing other than the single pack option then this period is reduced to two days.
If you are unhappy with a Sugar product, you may return it under the following conditions:
- You, as the purchaser, have contacted us and stated that you wish to make a return
- The garment remains in the condition in which it was supplied
- The garment is returned in suitable protective packaging at your expense
If these conditions are met, Sugar Clothing will refund your original purchase price in full.
Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition with the un removed labels. We will inspect the item(s) and will issue a refund or process an exchange on the day of receipt of goods. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. We are not responsible for postage costs of returning an item unless the wrong item was sent.
We strongly recommend for security when sending items back you use a â€˜signed forâ€™ delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post and do not accept responsibility for any item(s) until a member or our staff has signed for the package.

If you receive an incorrect item.
If you suspect that the item you have received is not what you have ordered please contact our customer services team by email or telephone. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
European and International Customers Unfortunately, due to import charges, Sugar Clothing Ltd is unable to accept returns from any international sale. Items purchased from the website and telephone orders, from outside the UK are sold â€˜as seen.â€™
Goods purchased by wholesale customers.
Items purchased by wholelsale customers or items purchased using the multipack option: If you have purchased items using the multipack option and have purchased more than the single item pack, you can only return these items if you have informed us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods and we have advised you how to return these goods.These returns must be sent with a credit note that wil be mailed to you after we have agreed to accept them back.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
