Use of the Sugar Clothing web site

By accessing the Sugar Clothing web site you agree to our terms and conditions detailed below. Please do not use this web site if you do not agree with these terms. We provide this web site solely as a service to our customers to learn about our products and place orders or enquiries. Use of our web site for any other commercial purpose is prohibited unless we have given specific and written consent to the company or organisation concerned.

Our offer to you via this web site

We do not guarantee to supply the goods shown on our web site, nor do we guarantee to supply at the price shown. Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that stock prices, details and delivery times are correct, there may be occasions when we cannot meet your order. In this situation we will make every effort to contact you of any changes and will not supply goods that have been subject to change without your consent. However, where an order is placed for several items and some items are unavailable or have been subject to change, we will try to contact you. If we are unable to contact you via email, we will supply the part of the order containing the goods that are available and that were correctly described.

Delivery of goods ordered

At present, all Sugar garments are delivered free of charge to addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

For delivery outside the UK, please enquire before placing your order.

The Sugar returns policy

If you are unhappy with a Sugar product, you may return it under the following conditions:

• You, as the purchaser, have contacted us within 7 days of receipt of delivery and stated that you wish to make a return
• The garment remains in the condition in which it was supplied
• The garment is returned in suitable protective packaging at your expense

If these conditions are met, Sugar Clothing will refund your original purchase price in full.

Payment

Online orders are processed through the Paypal web site. Paypal acts as our agent in collecting your payment and validating your payment card details. You do not require a Paypal account to place your order. If, however, you do have a Paypal account associated with your payment card, Paypal will require that you use your existing Paypal account.

You order will not be completed until the payment process is complete and the relevant funds have been transferred to Sugar Clothing. Certain types of payment can take longer to complete than others. Payment is relatively quick if you use a credit card or you use a Paypal account containing sufficient funds to cover the order. Payment can be delayed by up to ten working days if you use a debit card or if you use a Paypal account without sufficient funds to cover the order.
